Fitting & Adjustment Instructions: If the load does not sit properly in your car, you can use a flat file or sandpaper to adjust the fit. The resin material is easy to sand and paint. Focus on gently removing material from the ends or sides to create the necessary clearance. Sand carefully and test fit frequently—removing too much can affect the overall appearance and fit.
Correcting Bowing from Temperature & Humidity: In certain environments the load may bow slightly. To fix this, submerge the load in hot water for several minutes. After heating, remove it and place it on a flat surface such as a sheet of glass or metal. Then apply light, even pressure—using a flat weight—to flatten it out as it cools. This method helps restore the load to its intended shape.
